Who You Are
Valuer you will support the Head to coordinate the valuation process of different Fund You will support the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to control all valuations process timing and assumption. Plus youll be a member of a small team that always collaborates with all the SGRs members.
Qualifications :
What do we ask of you
- Academic degree in architecture engineering or economics
- 23 years in a similar role in Real Estate (Valuation; Audit; Risk Management)
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level proficient in English (minimum B2)
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies
- Ability to disassemble the DCF
- Critical analysis of DCF
- Drafting documents for the board of directors
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel
