In this dynamic role youll focus on project acquisition lead generation and building strong customer relationships collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand Sikas footprint and profitability in the offshore sector. This role can be based in any country in Europe where Sika operates with regular travel across the region (approximately 30% of working time).
- Specify Sikas offshore solutions in renewables actively securing Request for Quotations (RFQs) and ensuring Sikas solutions are considered.
- Proactively identify and secure new customers and projects in Offshore Construction with the objective of increasing sales and margins. Explore new applications and opportunities to strengthen Sikas market position.
- Develop and pursue leads within Marine Construction positioning Sikas solutions effectively in this sector. Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Sika entities investors contractors and engineers to expand our reach and influence.
- Network with and support Sikas Certified Applicator Network for Offshore Grouts ensuring that they are wellequipped to represent and deploy Sikas solutions in various projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in the offshore industry. Conduct regular meetings provide support and ensure a high level of satisfaction among clients and partners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering or a related field or proven track record of relevant work experience
- 710 years of experience in offshore industries (e.g. oil & gas maritime renewable energy) including expertise in offshore operations technologies and market trends.
- Proven experience in driving business growth and executing strategic initiatives within offshore sectors with the ability to build strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and the ability to engage and influence key decisionmakers across diverse global markets.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization managing crossfunctional and multicultural teams remotely.
- Willingness to travel internationally with the flexibility to spend approximately 30% of working time onsite or with clients in various global locations.
