Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Worker to join our team. You will assist in the daily operations of the store ensuring excellent customer service organized stock and a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and stockroom.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are wellpresented.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and managing inventory.
- Monitor and report low stock levels or product issues.
- Follow all safety and security guidelines.
- Support promotional activities and displays.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays or shifts as needed.
- A positive teamoriented attitude.
