As an Agile Delivery Manager you will lead mentor and coach a team of Agile Leads ensuring excellence in agile delivery across the organization.

- Agile Expertise: Develop and refine processes and methodologies for product and project delivery ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Facilitate crossdomain communication to promote innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Project Support: Assist in defining and executing small projects ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks ensuring timely escalation and intervention.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and refinement in processes and practices.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts ensuring a focus on delivering business outcomes.
