Senior Network Security Consultant - Palo Alto Specialist

• Palo Alto Solutions Management: Design implement and support Palo Alto firewalls Prisma Access Panorama and related security solutions.
• Network & Security Architecture: Lead and contribute to the design and development of network security architecture ensuring best practices are followed.
• Security Policy & Troubleshooting: Manage firewall VPN/rules/policies resolve Global Protect application slowness and firewall issues with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Prisma Access & Gateway: Configure and optimize Prisma Access Prisma Gateway DNS security decryption and other nextgeneration firewall features.
• Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Palo Alto solutions with routing switching and adjacent appliances.
• Incident & Change Management: Manage incidents requests and change tickets in ServiceNow ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Structure and draft technical documentation for Palo Alto implementations security architecture and troubleshooting steps.
• Project Contribution: Support and contribute to project work ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Analytical ProblemSolving: Apply strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 10 years of handson experience managing Palo Alto firewalls Prisma Access Panorama and other Palo Alto Networks products.
• Certifications: PCNSE PCCSE or equivalent certifications are required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Palo Alto firewall management VPN policies and rule configurations.
• Expertise in Prisma Access Prisma Gateway DNS security and decryption.
• Strong understanding of network security principles troubleshooting and best practices.
• Handson experience with ServiceNow incident request and change management.
• Additional Skills:
• Practical experience working with routing and switching products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure and draft clear technical documentation.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and manage crossfunctional collaboration.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a systematic approach to issue resolution.

• Experience with designing and implementing network and security architecture.
• Familiarity with log collectors template management and security policy management in Panorama.
• Experience in working on project work and supporting project implementation activities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and internal meetings.
