Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Conceptualize and execute a wide range of graphic assets including digital marketing ads web pages landing page graphics emailers and social media posts ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing product communications and branding to research develop and implement design ideas that enhance performance brand identity and content marketing efforts.
Design Consistency: Build maintain and refine a comprehensive design style guide to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
Team Development: Mentor and train existing team members helping elevate the teams overall design capabilities.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools and actively share new skills and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualities and Skills:
Portfolio Excellence: A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and design expertise.
Experience: 35 years of experience as a Graphic Designer UI Designer or in a similar role.
Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Sketch InDesign Premiere Pro CorelDRAW Figma or similar.
Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of contemporary design elements typography design techniques and aesthetics.
Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Applied Arts Communication Design Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a small team effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong listening comprehension and engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
