Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Creditas you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for credit counselors and related roles. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies source top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hiring process and a proven track record in highvolume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in bulk hiring ensuring timely and quality recruitment of candidates.
- Effectively utilize hiring platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including resume screening conducting interviews assessing candidate fiT.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate data ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates and build a strong employer brand.
- Focus on creating a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
- Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR is preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering highquality talent.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
