Overview:
The Relationship Officer (Home Loan / LAP) plays a crucial role in the organization by being the primary point of contact for customers seeking home loans or LAP (Loan Against Property). They are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships originating and closing loan transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking home loans or LAP.
- Originate and close loan transactions in line with the companys policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders real estate agents and other referral sources to generate new business.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Prepare loan proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Keep abreast of market trends competition and industry developments to provide valuable insights and strengthen the organizations position.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit legal and operations to ensure smooth loan processing.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance business administration or related field.
- Prior experience in sales preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Detailed knowledge of home loan products LAP and related financial services.
