Overview:
Truww is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales
team in achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager you will be
responsible for hiring training and managing a team of sales individuals while also
coordinating with design leaders and designers to ensure a seamless client
experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth maintaining high
standards of customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of excellence within the
sales unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit onboard train and manage a highperforming team of sales
individuals.
Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and feedback to team members
to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages
teamwork creativity and continuous improvement.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
Monitor sales activities pipelines and performance metrics to identify
areas for improvement and drive results.
Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities and
maintaining a personal sales quota.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with design leaders and designers to ensure
alignment between sales efforts and design capabilities.
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and customer
support to optimise the client experience and drive customer
satisfaction.
Sales Planning:
Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts in alignment with
company objectives.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to
identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Client Experience:
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by providing
exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries concerns and escalations in a timely and
professional manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field
(preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 5 years of
experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
