About the role:
Empathetic listening trusting your team supporting reachable/ approachable inspiring catalysing
the overall workflow mentoring designers with relevant metrics like design inputs communication
etc.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
The role is about leading the pool of designers at the Experience Centre you re allocated to ensure:
To bridge the gap between the organisation & the client at any point in time during the
design phase
Designers are happy and feel balanced with their worklife
Customers are getting a topnotch experience with respect to commitments versus
deliverables
Design experience is topnotch with regard to the inputs provided by the designers to the
clients
Responsible for projected revenue collection with a happy & sorted conclusion
Zero compromises towards the work quality
Impeccable communication in writing for information progression and design phases
Mentor for the designers setting strong examples on How When & What to do
Timely response to the designers about their concerns with the organisation
Timely response to the clients about their open concerns within the predefined TAT
Learning of the designers about ongoing latest and upcoming design trends
Taking care of your own projects as Lead Designer if required with the support of Junior ID
depending upon the load count/ revenue
To take up frequent training as per the case studies identified during escalations and hence
eliminate the repetition
Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
Maintaining integrity among the team
Desired Profile:
Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute
Minimum 50 projects delivered in the overall experience till date accomplishing the revenue
of minimum 5 Cr order value
