Job Description
Location: Western Mumbai Region
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and versatile MultiSkilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing carpentry and electrical work. This position involves general handyman work and is not focused on craftsmanship. Certifications and related degrees are a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks unclogging drains and installing fixtures.
- Execute basic carpentry work including repairs installations and maintenance of structures and furniture.
- Conduct electrical work such as fixing wiring issues replacing light fixtures and troubleshooting electrical problems.
- Carry out general handyman duties as needed to ensure the upkeep and functionality of properties.
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect and identify issues with various systems and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any significant problems to management.
