Job Description
Position: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Gurgaon Stryker Office
Experience: 37 years
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science MCA or any equivalent qualification
Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 37 years of experience proficient in SDLC test methodologies and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in test automation using Python and Java along with a solid background in Agile methodologies. This role will require the candidate to develop and execute application system testing in a product development environment focusing on both functional and nonfunctional testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Execution: Develop test strategies and manage test activities for a variety of applications.
- Test Automation: Handson experience in test automation framework development using Python Java and various automation tools like Selenium Cucumber or Pytest.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile teams contributing to sprints and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- NonFunctional Testing: Conduct accuracy reliability and performance testing to ensure system quality.
- Test Case Design: Design review and execute test cases test plans and test reports.
- Root Cause Identification: Drive root cause analysis and resolution of issues during testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams project managers and quality assurance teams to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain excellent organizational and documentation skills to track and report on testing activities.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in SDLC test methodologies and bug lifecycle management.
- Handson experience with Python Java and frameworks like Selenium Cucumber or Pytest.
- Strong experience in test case development test strategy and risk assessment.
- Prior experience in nonfunctional testing (accuracy reliability performance).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Fluent in English with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills capable of liaising between development teams and project management.
- Quick to learn new tools and technologies with a passion for staying uptodate in the field.
