Job Description
Position: DevOps Engineer (.NET Azure)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and Azure platforms. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of handson experience in implementing and deploying endtoend webbased applications on cloud platforms particularly Microsoft Azure. This role involves developing designing and managing applications and services in the Azure environment working with a variety of technologies like .NET Core Angular C# and databases such as SQL and NoSQL. The candidate will also be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure implementing application migration methodologies and ensuring high performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Develop and design web and mobile applications using ASP.NET .NET Core C# SQL or NoSQL MongoDB Web API and Microservices in an Azure environment.
- API Integration: Implement and manage RESTful or SOAP APIs within the Azure ecosystem.
- Cloud Migration: Define and implement methodologies for migrating workloads and infrastructure into Azure.
- Azure Services: Design and develop applications using Azure PaaS & IaaS services such as Azure Web Apps Azure Functions Azure Logic Apps Azure Service Bus and Azure Data Factory.
- Database Management: Work with Azure SQL NoSQL Cosmos DB and Azure Data Lake for database solutions.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage cloud infrastructure components like VMs SQL VNET Traffic Manager Azure Site Recovery Load Balancers API Gateway and Azure AD.
- Automation & Templates: Implement automation and infrastructure using ARM templates Azure Automation and other relevant tools.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience with .NET web and mobile application development in an Azure environment.
- Proficiency in Azure PaaS & IaaS services and tools.
- Experience with Azure Databases (Azure SQL NoSQL Cosmos DB Data Lake).
- Strong understanding of RESTful/SOAP APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Handson experience with cloud infrastructure components like VNET Load Balancers Azure AD and more.
- Familiarity with cloud migration techniques and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in version control systems like GIT and Bitbucket.
