Job Description
Overview
As a Senior Quality Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will be responsible for leading the testing and quality assurance efforts analyzing data and processes to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive quality initiatives. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the quality assurance activities and testing processes for projects and initiatives.
- Analyze product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications systems and products to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring the timely delivery of highquality solutions.
- Identify and document software defects and track them to resolution ensuring the stability and reliability of the product.
- Utilize various testing methodologies and tools to perform functional regression and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress defects and overall product quality.
- Participate in crossfunctional meetings to provide quality insights recommendations and drive collaborative problemsolving.
- Mentor and train junior quality analysts sharing expertise and best practices to enhance the overall quality of the teams work.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and technologies to enhance the testing environment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle providing valuable feedback and input from a quality perspective.
- Support and uphold the organizations commitment to quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of programming
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
