Job Description

Overview

The Telecalling/Sales/Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in the organization by driving sales and business growth through proactive communication and persuasive selling techniques. They are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls to prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services
  • Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collect and update customer information in the database for recordkeeping and future followups
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new leads
  • Participate in sales meetings product training and knowledge sharing sessions to continuously improve selling skills
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Telecalling/Sales/BDE or a similar role in the sales domain
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Customerfocused with a strong dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented with a proactive approach to sales
  • Good understanding of the product or service being offered
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships
