We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive CRM Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships ensuring client satisfaction and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This role requires strong communication skills a passion for real estate and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring all client information is accurate and uptodate.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and reports for clients.
- Track and analyze customer interactions and feedback to improve services and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective CRM strategies.
- Follow up with clients postsale to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in client events property viewings and open houses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales support preferably in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
