Position Overview
We are seeking a resultsdriven Marketing Manager with 35 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance our marketing efforts and position Nimesa as a leader in the cloud data backup and disaster recovery industry.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nimesas products and services aligning with overall business goals.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for various platforms including websites social media blogs and email campaigns to engage and educate our target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM and social media campaigns to increase online visibility and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns measuring effectiveness and ROI and making datadriven adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales product and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize marketing efforts.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events webinars and trade shows to promote Nimesa and engage with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in marketing preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best practices including SEO PPC email marketing and social media.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and inform decisionmaking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
