Job Description
Overview:
The SAP PaPM Consultant plays a critical role in implementing and customizing the Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions for our clients in Mumbai. They are responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions to optimize financial performance and decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP PaPM implementation.
- Design and customize PaPM solutions to meet specific business needs and processes.
- Configure and integrate SAP PaPM applications with existing systems and modules.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP PaPM implementations.
- Provide support and training to endusers on SAP PaPM functionality and best practices.
- Participate in project planning estimation and risk management activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful SAP PaPM solution delivery.
- Stay updated with SAP PaPM latest features functionalities and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP PaPM implementation methodologies and tools.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client processes through SAP PaPM solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) implementation and consulting.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP PaPM functionalities including allocation transfer pricing and cost object controlling.
- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PaPM based on client requirements.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and BW/4HANA integration with PaPM.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in endtoend project implementation and agile methodology.
- Certification in SAP PaPM or related modules is a plus.
