Job Description

Overview:

As a Medical Officer (MBBS) with exposure to ICU in Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh you will play a vital role in providing medical care and treatment to patients requiring intensive care. Your expertise in managing critical cases and coordinating with the healthcare team will be essential for ensuring the wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and diagnosing patients in the ICU
  • Monitoring and managing critically ill patients
  • Administering appropriate medical treatments and procedures
  • Coordinating with specialists for advanced interventions
  • Documenting patient progress and treatment plans
  • Responding to medical emergencies and crisis situations
  • Collaborating with nursing and support staff for holistic patient care
  • Participating in medical rounds and case discussions
  • Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards
  • Providing guidance and supervision to junior medical staff
  • Participating in continuous medical education and training
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicating with patients and their families regarding care plans
  • Adhering to ethical and legal standards of medical practice
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and reports

Required Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI)
  • Prior experience working as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
  • Demonstrated exposure to managing ICU cases
  • Sound knowledge of critical care and emergency medicine
  • Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology
  • Ability to make quick and accurate medical decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work effectively in highpressure environments
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and respond to oncall duties
