Job Description
Job Title: Engineer Fresher
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Experience: 02 years
About the Role:
As an Engineer Fresher you will be involved in various aspects of plant operations inventory management and dispatch coordination to support the production of DIY kits and craft products. These products help children enhance their skills and creativity. You will work across departments to ensure efficient production processes stock control and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining inventory records.
- Track stock levels and ensure timely reordering of materials.
- Conduct stock audits and maintain accurate data in Excel.
- Plant Operations:
- Support the production team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Help in production planning including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure high product standards.
- Dispatch Coordination:
- Assist in planning and scheduling dispatches based on customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and dispatch details.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (any stream) or relevant technical field.
