Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our enterprise SaaS product suite focused on conversational AI voice analytics and speechenabled bots. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy engage with customers and evolve our offerings based on market needs and competitive analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our voice analytics and conversational AI products
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and sales and marketing to deliver highquality products
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends opportunities and new feature development
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business objectives
Develop and maintain product documentation including PRDs and user stories
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Conduct manage and present reports on Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients
Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and improve product offerings
Present product demos and capabilities to potential customers
Required Qualifications
46 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS products
MBA from a toptier business school in India
Bachelor s degree in engineering or any STEM field (preferred)
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex technologies
Excellent data analytics skills with proficiency in spreadsheet tools Data visualization SQL
Familiarity with speech analytics technologies (ASR NLP transcription translation etc.)
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Skills
Experience with conversational AI or voicebased technologies
Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and competitive positioning
