Job Description

Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by identifying potential clients pitching products or services and closing sales deals. This position is pivotal in ensuring the companys competitiveness and market presence in Mumbai one of the key business hubs in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and other lead generation methods
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing various sales strategies
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and enhance the customer experience
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Attend events such as trade shows and conferences to network and promote the organizations products/services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical organizational and timemanagement skills
