Job Overview:
We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Accountant Executive with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities such as basic administrative duties. This role requires experience in managing financial records maintaining balance sheets and handling invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform daytoday accounting tasks including ledger entries expense tracking and bank reconciliations.
- Balance Sheet Management: Maintain and update financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Invoice Management: Handle the preparation issuance and tracking of invoices.
- Admin Duties: Assist in general administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies scheduling and managing travel arrangements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to assist management in decisionmaking.
- GST TDS and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations including GST and TDS filings.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for payment invoicing and other administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related fields (B.Com or M.Com preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting (25 years).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic admin functions and multitasking.
