Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in selling services such as web development mobile app development UI/UX design and Salesforce solutions. This role requires a candidate who can manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media and networking events.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms pricing and contracts to close sales and achieve targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors to identify new opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities client interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Qualifications:
Experience: 13 years of proven experience in business development or sales specifically in web development mobile app development UI/UX design and Salesforce services.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of web development mobile app development UI/UX design and Salesforce solutions.
SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
