We are hiring Ecommerce Manager for a well known beauty brand serving happy customers since 1987 based at Andheri. Our client specializes in beauty and grooming category products.
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for driving business developing online Channel Accounts executing the annual business plans with all the marketplaces.
Ecommerce Manager will report to Head of Digital Business
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate / MBA / PGDBM (Tier2 or Tier3 Institutes preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in handling online channels with reputed FMCG / Personal Care company.
- Must have worked with some key known brands in ECom Space
- Must have worked with some prominent names in ECom & QCom Eg. Amazon / Flipkart/ Meesho/ Myntra / Blinkit / BB etc.
- Should have worked on Direct account and 3P seller model with Efficient GTM Strategy.
- Should have experience of Margin Negotiation listing of New products onboarding and managing profitability of products
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Meeting the top line sales objective for the National Accounts like Amazon/ flipkart /nykaa / Meesho etc. with expertise of handling online portal sellers like Alpha sellers (Primac Pecan / Retail EZ / KKOC /R K World / Appario) etc multichannel multiplatform model.
- Overall responsible for sales to these accounts for the PAN India.
- Having all our product listed on the platforms maintaining hygiene across all portals.
- Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure fill rates of 90% plus with all these chains.
- Devising marketing strategy for beauty products with key portals.
- Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for the National Accounts.
- Set annual targets for all the accounts.
- Sign the terms of trade (TOT) with desired counterparts Ensure TOT execution and adherence PAN India.
- Build the relationship with Ecommerce partners/distributors to get efficient terms of trade (TOT).
- Drive profitability improvements for Ecommerce.
- Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same.
- Ensure collection is done as per the agreed credit policy.
- Settlement of claims / credit notes within the agreed time frame.
- New products introduction/ Packaging changes/ Pricing
