Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting order tracking and account management.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
