We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide support to global clients including customers from the US UK EU and the Middle East.
Key Benefits:
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week (2 days off)
- Cab Facility: provided for both pickup and dropoff.
- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts catering to EU/Middle East/US/UK hours.
Experience & Skills Required:
- International BPO Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a voice process within an international BPO is required.
- Communication Skills: Must possess excellent spoken English and should be comfortable communicating with native speakers especially from the US market.
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in computer usage and internet browsing.
- Billing Query Knowledge: Candidates should be wellversed in handling billingrelated queries.
- Chat/Email Process Experience: Experience in handling chat or email processes is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduates/dropouts or graduates.
- Course Restrictions: Candidates should not be enrolled in any regular or parttime academic courses.
