Role & Responsibilities:
- Create business and revenue through Home Loan / LAP sales via channel partners/advisors/connectors & open market.
- Effective liaison with banks/NBFCs for processing loan cases.
- Devise and implement various partner acquisition and retention programs.
- Responsible for driving monthly and quarterly sales targets and other metrics.
- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively (telephone email facetoface).
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving any loanrelated issues.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate developers builders and other key stakeholders to expand the business.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to adapt sales strategies for better performance.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales pipeline performance and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and postsale support.
