Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Performing orthopedic surgical procedures with precision and care
- Diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
- Conducting patient consultations and providing expert medical advice
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participating in medical research and contributing to academic initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and surgical teams
- Adhering to medical and ethical standards in all patient interactions and treatments
- Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to enhance patient outcomes
- Monitoring and managing postoperative care and rehabilitation programs
- Participating in continuous professional development and education
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/MS) with specialization in Orthopedics
- DNB (Diplomate of National Board) qualification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice as an Orthopedic Surgeon
- Proven experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon preferably in a consultancy role
- Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures
- Uptodate knowledge of orthopedic advancements and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative medical environment
- Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
