Job Overview:
As an Assistant Manager HR at Creditas you will manage key aspects of both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) functions. This role requires expertise in hiring and employee engagement along with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process maintaining strong employee relations and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for credit counselors and other key roles ensuring timely hiring.
- Utilize various hiring platforms to attract top talent and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Conduct resume screening interviews and assessments to select quality candidates.
- HR Business Partnering:
- Manage employee relations across multiple functions and address grievances effectively.
- Work closely with business leaders to align HR practices with business needs.
- Implement employee engagement activities and monitor retention efforts.
- Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee data to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Use HR analytics to track key metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment and employee engagement outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment.
- Provide proactive solutions for performance improvement and conflict resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 4 5 years in Talent Acquisition and HRBP roles.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with recruitment tools data analytics and HR platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong problemsolving skills.
