Overview:
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs to communicate ideas that inspire inform and captivate consumers. They will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce highquality graphics and designs for various media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials websites and other media including infographics social media graphics and banner ads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support their goals with design solutions
- Design and produce print and digital collateral for events including signage and promotional materials
- Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and design concepts
- Create and maintain a database of design assets templates and guidelines
- Stay current with design trends techniques and technologies
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute design concepts
- Review designs for errors before publishing or printing
- Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design
- Follow company branding guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Portfolio of creative work showcasing graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography color and layout principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of marketing production website design corporate identity product packaging advertisements and multimedia design
- Experience with web design and multimedia design is a plus
- Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other designrelated software
