Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 3 years of handson experience in designing developing and implementing CRM solutions. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer you will be responsible for customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 to meet business needs integrating it with other systems and optimizing CRM processes to improve productivity and customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications to support business functions.
- Implement CRM workflows plugins and custom entities to tailor the system to specific business requirements.
- Customize dashboards forms views and reports within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Perform data migration activities including data mapping cleansing and validation.
- Utilize tools like Azure Logic Apps Power Automate or thirdparty middleware for seamless data integration.
- Implement Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Manage CRM upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handson experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM customization (entities workflows plugins).
- Strong experience with PowerApps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of CRM integration with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience in data migration and data management techniques.
