Responsibilities
Support the preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts.
Preparation of Journals Balance sheet Reconciliations and the Month End Process.
Preparation and submission of various tax returns.
Assist with the preparation of payroll in all global Entities (Ireland USA Singapore India Switzerland).
Assist with the company s credit control activities across all entities.
Assist with time and material s timesheet tracking and Invoicing.
Support the finance team with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Support Group Financial controller and CFO.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
Participation in various projects on an ad hoc basis.
Experiences and Skills
Education:
Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or related field preferred but not essential.
Accountancy Qualification or studying for exams desirable but not essential.
Desired Experience:
12 years of experience in an accounting role.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Experience of working with entities in other jurisdictions.
