Position: Assistant Manager Maintenance
Location: Alibaug Maharashtra
Role Overview:
Overseeing property maintenance civil and electrical works team management facility management and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance civil works (repairs masonry waterproofing) and electrical work.
- Develop inhouse capabilities to reduce vendor reliance.
- Own and manage cost centers ensuring effective budget control and cost optimization.
- Set up and maintain data dashboards for performance tracking process improvements and strategic decisionmaking.
- Manage facility operations enhancing property standards and ensuring seamless functioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and homeowners on maintenance issues providing prompt and effective solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years in maintenance management preferably in real estate/hospitality
- Strong leadership technical skills in civil and electrical works data analytics facility management and budget control
Qualification:
- ITI/ Diploma BE/BTech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering
