Job Description
Overview:
The RPA UI Path role is crucial within the organization as it focuses on leveraging automation and technology to streamline business processes improve efficiencies and reduce manual errors. The role also plays a significant part in driving digital transformation efforts and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing developing and implementing RPA solutions using UI Path technology.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for RPA processes solutions and workflows.
- Performing system and data analysis to optimize RPA processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Conducting testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Maintaining and providing support for existing RPA processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Training and mentoring team members on RPA best practices and UI Path development.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align RPA initiatives with business objectives and drive process improvements.
- Monitoring RPA performance and resolving any issues or anomalies that may arise.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- UI Path certification or equivalent professional accreditation in RPA and automation technologies.
- Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using UI Path including configuration testing and deployment.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C# Python or Java for RPA development.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent understanding of business processes to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in documenting technical specifications process workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise systems databases and APIs for seamless integration with RPA solutions.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus to enhance RPA capabilities and deliver business value.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges and optimize RPA performance.
