Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho products handson experience with Zoho Deluge and Zoho Creator and be adept at integrating Zoho applications with other platforms. The developer will play a critical role in customizing configuring and optimizing Zoho applications to meet the business needs ensuring seamless integration with internal databases and thirdparty applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zoho Application Development: Design develop and implement solutions using Zoho applications (Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics Zoho Campaigns).
- Zoho Deluge Scripting: Build custom functions using Zoho Deluge and develop Zoho Creator applications.
- Zoho Admin Functions: Handle user account maintenance reports dashboards and other administrative tasks.
- Zoho Customization: Customize Zoho One applications including workflows rules (assignment escalation) and marketing segmentation.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with internal databases and thirdparty tools.
- User Management: Design user groups roles access rights and define sharing and viewing rules for secure and efficient usage.
- Business Process Automation: Design and implement processes using Workflow Rules Schedules Actions and more within Zoho One.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Zoho Analytics for reporting and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience in Zoho products.
- Expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator for building custom solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Products: Zoho Books Zoho Desk Zoho Analytics Zoho Campaigns.
- Handson experience in workflow automation rules configuration user management and dashboard creation.
- Experience in integrating Zoho applications with internal databases and thirdparty tools.
- Proficient in designing and managing Zoho One organization processes.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team setting.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Zoho applications or certifications in Zoho products.
- Experience with advanced reporting and data visualization in Zoho Analytics.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and documentation.
