Job Description
Financial Literacy Program:
- Managing our various partners who will work on our financial literacy initiatives.
- Reporting to ensure seamless integration of the Financial Inclusion and Literacy Program with the funders
- Strategic Planning and Implementation of all financial literacy initiatives.
- Creating the Annual Plan and Budget. Monitoring expenditures against budgetary targets and managing the operations costeffectively.
- Setting up partnerships with other organizations to expand Parinaam s financial literacy program.
- Creating and updating an SOP for the program and ensuring that they are being executed properly.
- Working on the various curricula for our Financial Literacy programs and constantly updating them based on field realities.
- Ensuring quality training for the trainers and execution of curriculum.
- Field Supervision to enhance the quality of programs. Provide feedback to the trainers at the right time.
Community Development Program:
- Networking for Selection and Implementation of Community Development projects
- Handling Public Relations and Branding for projects
- Coordination with Community Development programme partners (Design partners Implementation partners)
- Guiding and troubleshooting project operational issues
- Create annual plans and monitor expenditures against budgets
- Facilitate the audit and monitor the effectiveness of the programs
- Project micro planning & scheduling
- Coordinating & scheduling daily progress
Monitoring and Reviews:
- Creating and building a robust Monitoring and Information System
- Presenting weekly updates to the Program Director and monthly updates to our stakeholders the Parinaam Board and ED Parinaam
- Ensure weekly & monthly review meetings with all departments supervisors and stakeholders.
- Manage Impact assessment or external validation of the program.
- Adhere to timelines on all reports and performance updates
- Ensure goal setting target and performance reviews
- Ensure that the regional project teams maintain the highest standards of professional conduct ethics integrity and control in the execution of all their daily program implementation and planning
Ability to manage a team.
