The Admission Counsellor plays a crucial role in the enrollment process of students. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students to provide information about the institution its programs and admissions criteria.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process offering support and assistance as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families addressing concerns and providing accurate information.
- Meet enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of the institution to prospective students.
- Conduct campus tours and organize admissions events to showcase the institution and its offerings.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and strategies to attract potential students.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate representation of programs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of prospective students and their application status.
- Participate in admissions committees and contribute to the selection process of incoming students.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all applicants and their families fostering a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and changes in admissions requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education Counseling Business or related field.
- Prior experience in admissions sales or customer service in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and address sensitive topics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of admissions processes enrollment management and student recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
