Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly collaborative and experienced FullStack Developer to join our growing team and contribute to our innovative SaaS platform. In this role you will play a key role in designing developing and scaling both the frontend and backend of our application. You will work closely with product managers designers and other developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- FrontEnd Development: Lead frontend development using React.js & Node.js ensuring a responsive and scalable user interface.
- BackEnd Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration of Python/Django systems.
- Database Optimization: Optimize database performance (MySQL MongoDB) for efficient data management.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers guiding them on best practices and code quality.
- Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions for secure and scalable cloud deployments on AWS (or other cloud platforms).
- API Design: Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.
- Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS products.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database management (MySQL MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Python/Django is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a fastpaced startup environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical industries.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications.
- Contributions to opensource projects.
- Graduate from NIT
