ADM Tandem 6-10 years

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the development enhancement and support of Tandem applications
• Lead a team of developers and provide guidance in software architecture and design
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Tandem development
• Monitor and optimize application performance troubleshoot issues and implement necessary improvements
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and integrity of the Tandem applications
• Stay updated with Tandem technology trends and introduce innovative solutions
• Participate in project planning resource allocation and risk management
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience (610 years) in Tandem application development and support
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing a team of developers
• Indepth knowledge of Tandem architecture and development technologies such as TACL SCOBOL SQL/MX and Pathway
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in performance tuning debugging and troubleshooting Tandem applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to Tandem applications
