Overview:
The CC&B Technical & Functional role is crucial to our organization as it involves overseeing the technical and functional aspects of our Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the systems smooth operation troubleshooting any technical issues and optimizing its functionality to meet the organizations needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CC&B system requirements
- Provide technical expertise in CC&B system configuration customization and integration
- Develop and maintain system documentation including business requirements functional specifications and technical design documents
- Implement system enhancements and customizations to meet business needs
- Conduct system testing debugging and performance tuning
- Resolve technical issues and provide enduser support
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements related to CC&B systems
- Train endusers and support staff on CC&B system functionalities and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations
- Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations
- Contribute to ongoing system improvements and optimization
- Provide oncall support as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience in CC&B system implementation and configuration
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system
- Strong understanding of CC&B system architecture and data model
- Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and scripting languages
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Experience with system testing and debugging
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in CC&B systems
- Understanding of security and data privacy considerations in CC&B systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Relevant certifications in CC&B or related technologies (desirable)
- Experience in system upgrades and migrations (desirable)
