Job Responsibilities
We seek passionate and resultsdriven Inside Sales Executives
to join our national sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will generate leads assist in proposal building Cold calling and Social media outreach manage email marketing campaigns and oversee the sales funnel through our CRM system.
The Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Facility Management Business.

This is onsite fulltime work from office role in Mumbai Maharashtra India
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
Cold call and reach out to cold prospects
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Nurture these leads through content and presentations
Assist the marketing team in preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Articulate the value propositions of our services to diverse audiences.
Email Marketing
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns to optimize performance.
Funnel Management
Manage the sales funnel from initial contact to closure.
Ensure timely followups and maintain engagement with prospects.
Align the Sales managers on sales queries and movements of prospects
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Utilize CRM software to track all sales activities and client interactions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all leads and opportunities.
Help set meetings submit RPFs on portals
Skills & Competence
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of selfmotivation and resilience.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Sales & Marketing Management or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales preferably in Services FM Staffing Security or SaaS companies.
