Overview:
The role of a Mechanical Design Engineer is crucial to the organization as it involves designing developin of Transformers design
minimum 3 years of Exprience in Transformer Industy is must
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to create innovative and costeffective mechanical designs
- Developing detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software
- Performing FEA analysis to assess the structural integrity and performance of designs
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality
- Participating in the prototype testing and validation processes
- Providing technical support during the manufacturing and production phases
- Managing project timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies
- Continuously improving and optimizing mechanical designs based on feedback and testing results
- Adhering to industry standards and regulations throughout the design process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Proven experience in mechanical design and product development
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD or similar
- Strong understanding of FEA analysis and simulation tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with design validation testing and troubleshooting
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on precision and accuracy
