Job Description
Overview:
The SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) role is crucial in overseeing the implementation support and maintenance of the SAP Plant Maintenance module within the organization. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the SAP PM system meets the business requirements and aligns with the overall SAP strategy aiming to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP PM module.
- Configure and customize SAP PM module to meet business needs.
- Provide enduser support conduct training and create technical documentation.
- Lead SAP PM implementation projects ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Perform system testing identify issues and resolve defects.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP PM with other modules.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring minimal impact on daily operations.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Stay updated with SAP PM best practices and new technologies to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module.
- Proficiency in SAP PM configuration including master data notifications work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in leading SAP PM implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP PM and other modules like MM PP and QM.
- Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance is a plus.
- Experience in system testing user training and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to provide enduser support and resolve systemrelated issues.
- Understanding of maintenance processes and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement SAP PM improvements.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is beneficial.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
