Job Description
Overview:
As an SAP SF EC Consultant you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules within our organization. You will be responsible for designing configuring and implementing solutions enabling the organization to optimize HR processes and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC modules to align with business processes and requirements.
- Provide expertise in data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Develop and execute test plans and support endusers during UAT and postgolive.
- Participate in global SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations ensuring best practices and standardization.
- Offer continuous support and maintenance addressing system issues and enhancing functionality.
- Train endusers and provide documentation for SAP SuccessFactors EC processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors EC with other modules and thirdparty systems.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for stakeholders and endusers.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors EC updates and new features and assess their impact on the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 4 years of handson experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors EC configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and their translation into SAP SuccessFactors EC solutions.
- Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors EC with other SAP modules and thirdparty applications.
- Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC reporting and analytics.
- Ability to lead workshops train endusers and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting testing including unit testing system testing and UAT.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
