Overview
The SailPoint IIQ Developer plays a critical role in the design development and implementation of identity governance solutions for our organization. As a key contributor to our security architecture the developer ensures that our software solutions adhere to best practices in identity management helping safeguard our systems and data from unauthorized access. This position involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams including IT security operations and compliance to deliver robust and scalable identity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SailPoint IIQ demonstrate proficiency in Java and be wellversed in identity governance frameworks and methodologies. With the growing importance of data security and compliance this role is pivotal in maintaining our organizations integrity and trust with its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop configure and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Implement identity governance processes and workflows.
- Integrate SailPoint with other applications via APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform analysis.
- Create and manage identity analytics and reporting.
- Optimize existing identity processes and functionality.
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Document technical specifications and user guides.
- Participate in Agile development sprints and meetings.
- Train team members and endusers on SailPoint functionalities.
- Maintain version control and deployment processes.
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing identity management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ development and configuration.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Strong knowledge of identity management concepts and best practices.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services integration.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks and compliance regulations.
- Experience in system testing and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented collaborative environment.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of application security principles and practices.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in identity management or a related field (preferred).
