Overview
As an Evening slot 5 to 7pm Radiologist MD DNB dmrd in Gurgaon Haryana you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely diagnosis of medical conditions through the interpretation of various imaging tests. Your work will directly impact patient care and treatment decisions making your role integral to the healthcare organizations success.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely interpretation of diagnostic imaging including Xrays MRI CT scans ultrasounds and other medical imaging procedures
- Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams to understand patient medical histories and provide comprehensive diagnostic reports
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in diagnostic imaging procedures
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan patient treatment strategies
- Evaluate the quality of imaging procedures and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated with the latest developments in radiology and diagnostic imaging techniques
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of diagnostic imaging and reporting
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and technologists in imaging interpretation and protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients families and caregivers to explain imaging findings and procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols and procedures for improving diagnostic imaging practices
- Participate in research and academic activities related to radiology and medical imaging
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of diagnostic interpretations and reports
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in diagnostic imaging and reporting
- Collaborate with other radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Required qualifications
- MD or DNB in Radiology from a recognized institution
- DMRD qualification is preferred
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in diagnostic interpretation and radiology
- Expertise in interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging modalities
- Proficiency in using radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
- Strong understanding of radiology and medical imaging principles and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in patient care and imaging interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in radiology and diagnostic imaging
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of radiology
