International Process Only

We are seeking a skilled International Customer Support Executive for both Voice and Blended processes to provide professional support and resolve inquiries from our international customer base. As the first point of contact you will play a pivotal role in delivering highquality support maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to our brand reputation globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with international customers via calls emails and/or chats (based on process requirements) demonstrating exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer issues accurately troubleshoot as required and provide timely effective solutions. Escalate cases when necessary and ensure timely followup to maximize satisfaction.
  • Information Management: Maintain uptodate records of all customer interactions and resolutions ensuring adherence to internal documentation standards.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as technical support product management and account services to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Process Adherence: Follow set protocols and maintain compliance with company policies data privacy regulations and quality assurance guidelines in every interaction.
  • Customer Education: Guide customers on product usage features and benefits and help them optimize the product to meet their needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings training sessions and quality feedback programs to enhance knowledge skills and service quality.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process in a customer support role (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills with clear articulation active listening and a patient customerfocused approach.
  • Problemsolving Ability: Ability to understand customer issues navigate systems for solutions and handle escalations professionally.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with rotating shifts across EU Middle East US and UK time zones to support our global customer base.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems CRM tools and customer support software.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong dedication to understanding and fulfilling customer needs ensuring high satisfaction levels.
