Were Hiring: Integration Consultant Dell Boomi and UKG (Kronos)
Locations: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune (Work from Oracle office is mandatory)
Role: Dell Boomi and UKG (Kronos)
Hiring Mode: Contract to Hire (C2H)
End Client: Oracle
Start Date: ASAP
Total Resources Required: 5
Budget: 16 LPA to 33 LPA
Level of Experience: 58 years
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Consultant specializing in Dell Boomi and UKG (Kronos) to join our team. This role requires handson expertise and the ability to contribute as an individual.
MustHave Skills:
- Certified in Dell Boomi and UKG (Kronos)
- 5 years of relevant IT experience including at least 5 years in Dell Boomi and UKG (Kronos)
- Experience in solution design for customer engagements in the integration space
- Ability to drive detailed design based on customer requirements
- Conduct design reviews to provide guidance and quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
- Proven experience in building at least one project from scratch
- Experience in rolling out at least one large project (multiple phased releases or country rollouts) to production
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Strong experience in Build and Release Systems Integration Agile methodologies and Estimations/Planning
