Overview
The RPA Senior Developer UI Path plays a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining robotic process automation solutions within the organization. This position is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that processes are streamlined without manual intervention. As a senior developer you will lead the development team in implementing automation solutions while also collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into technical specifications. With a focus on UiPath you will leverage the platforms capabilities to create robust automation workflows that address specific business challenges. The successful candidate will not only exhibit strong technical abilities but also possess excellent problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes. As the demand for efficiency increases across organizations your contributions will directly influence the success of strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Analyze current business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Create detailed technical specifications based on process analysis.
- Build and run automated workflows and monitor their performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation solutions.
- Implement best practices and coding standards for the development team.
- Conduct unit testing and validate solutions against requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented bots.
- Lead training sessions for team members on RPA tools and frameworks.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed automation solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance.
- Research and stay uptodate with the latest RPA technologies and trends.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 68 years of experience in RPA development particularly using UiPath.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# VB.NET or Python.
- Strong understanding of RPA frameworks and UI Path capabilities.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience in deploying and managing bot performance on a centralized server.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant UiPath certifications are highly preferred.
- Understanding of IT security standards and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership capabilities in guiding development teams.
